Introducing Endangered Species no. 45, Brain Freeze. A fruit forward, pastry sour inspired by those sunny Summer days by the beach with an ice cream in hand. Brain Freeze is brewed with touch of milk sugar and vanilla to give an ice cream base. It is then jam packed with Raspberry and Blueberry puree with a hint of lime to give a refreshing, fruity flavour that will leave you wanting more.
‘Brain Freeze’ is the perfect refreshing, Summer beer. Pouring a vibrant purple you can expect a burst of Blueberry and Raspberry on the nose before the first lip-smacking sip. An extremely fruit forward beer complimented by a creamy, tart finish. Enjoy cold, in the sun and with friends.
