We have taken our delicious Oatmeal Stout, Apex and let our brewer’s imagination run wild. A beer brewed 18 months ago, we aged a small amount of our Imperial Four Bean Apex in specially selected bourbon barrels to allow the flavours deepen and develop over time.
After spending 18 months in barrel, the beer has developed further into a rich, complex stout, full of flavour and aroma. You can expect rich savoury notes with hints of cinnamon, clove, mixed spice, roast coffee, velvety smooth chocolate, Vanilla and a touch of oak.
