On Friday September 27th, we marked 10 years of Wicklow Wolf Brewery with an unforgettable Long Table Beer Dinner at The Grain Store, Killruddery.

From sharing stories to enjoying some special limited edition beers, it was a night filled with great company, incredible food, and, of course, exceptional beer! Guests were welcomed and quickly immersed in an evening that brought together our love for Wicklow, exceptional local food, and extraordinary beer.

Each dish served on the evening was a tribute to the land we cherish, featuring ingredients from the Killruddery farm, expertly paired with both beloved classics and first-pour exclusives from Wicklow Wolf.

Course One – American Amber paired with Snacks

Wild Wicklow Venison Tartare, Spent Grain Cracker, Fermented Tomato, Wild Garlic, Togarashi * Wicklow Coolattin Cheddar, Pickled Shallot, Oat Biscuit.
