Introducing the latest release in the Crossbreed Series; Apex Nobó brewed in collaboration with Nobó.

Apex Nobó

We are delighted to welcome our friends from Nobó to the brewery. Nobó is a young Irish health food brand that specialise in delicious dairy free chocolate and ice creams.

Brian and Rachel joined Quincey at the brewery on brew day.

We first met Brian and Rachel not long after we formed the brewery and have stayed in touch ever since, sharing advice and stories of two young Irish start-ups. 6 years on, we finally got to brew something special together.

Apex Nobó is a 5.5% Chocolate Oat Milk Stout with a hint of toasted coconut. A beer crafted around the flavours of Nobó’s ‘Smooth & Creamy’ chocolate bar, this stout is brewed with oat milk, Congolese cocoa nibs and flaked coconut. A smooth and creamy stout full of milk chocolate flavours supported with a creamy coconut finish.

Apex Nobó; Releasing into the wild Monday 4th October. Available in all good independent off licences and at the Wicklow Wolf Taproom.

Get yours before it goes extinct.
