The Three Counties Cider and Perry Association has announced dates for its 2026 CraftCon, which will be staged at Somerset County Cricket Club, Taunton.
On 12th and 13th March, there will be interactive workshops and seminars aimed at aspiring and existing cidermakers.
More than 20 speakers and panelists will make presentations on a range of topics, covering orcharding, cidermaking, and business.
The orcharding strand will cover a range of techniques, ideas, and discussions on growing cider apples and perry pears. The cidermaking strand aims to inspire, inform and educate, from initial pressing to final bottling.
The culture strand aims to keep the people, history and stories of the cider community alive, while the business section will dig into the nitty gritty of successful cider business, supporting growth in the sector.
