Musician and food aficionado Alex James has awarded Rattler Pineapple Cider five out of five in a national cider taste test published in The Sun.

The Blur bassist-turned-cider maker and founder of The Big Feastival sampled a selection of flavoured ciders for the feature, declaring Rattler Pineapple ‘full of fresh pineapple flavour’ and comparing it to the beloved tropical taste of Lilt.
“We’ve always believed that cider should be fun, full-flavoured and rooted in real craftsmanship,” said a spokesperson for Healeys.
“For someone like Alex James — who knows both the art of performance and the importance of good produce — to single out Rattler is a huge credit to our team.”
The review also highlights the changing face of cider in bars and pubs, with premium fruit ciders now making up more than 70% of the fridge market.
