Innovus Engineering has launched a seam analysis product line, designed to meet the quality and budgetary needs of craft beverage producers.
The comprehensive system includes a lightweight beverage seam saw, a seam inspection camera, SeamVision software, a seam thickness gauge, and a countersink depth gauge.
The product recognises the lack of affordable, high-quality seam inspection options for smaller beverage producers, says Innovus.
“Our goal was to empower smaller beverage producers with tools that rival those of large-scale manufacturers,” said commercial director Michael McClue.
In addition to the new product line, Innovus is launching a comprehensive double seam training programme. This initiative builds on years of experience in delivering seam training to canning line customers, emphasising the importance of seam quality in the craft beverage industry.
