A new beer from Left Handed Giant is celebrating an entente cordiale with some of France’s best beer venues, with whom the brewer works.
Cats and Frogs has been brewed in collaboration with the TonTap initiative, bringing together some amazing bars and bottle shops in France, to celebrate “éxcellence liberée” with a host of British breweries.
The 6.5% ABV hazy IPA features the best of this year’s New Zealand hop varieties, comprising Mosaic, Motueka, Riwaka, and Nelson Sauvin.
The IPA was designed from the ground up and affectionately named by Séb & Antony, from Le Chopp’In in Les Herbiers, Lionel from Entropy and Victor Bière in Marseille, and Rod and Anne Sophie from The Hopscotch in Toulouse. They visited Bristol to create the huge, fruity, juicy brew at Left Handed Giant.
It’s Beer Today’s 20th anniversary this month!
I love updating this site, but it needs more Patreon supporters to survive into the future. Individual supporters are particularly welcome, and there are great options for commercial businesses which involve social media sharing, advertorial opportunities and advertising discounts.
