Fyne Ales has announced the launch of Origins Brewing Collection 7, the latest series of innovative beers from their Origins Brewing project.
The new collection, available from Thursday, November 14th, brings four unique wild and barrel-aged beers to select venues across the UK.
The Origins Brewing project is Fyne Ales’ exploration of traditional methods with a contemporary twist, combining their Scottish brewing heritage with wild fermentation and barrel-ageing.
Each release is crafted with precision and care, drawing from the farm brewery’s natural surroundings, to create beers that celebrate experimentation and flavour.
The new beers are:
- Smoc (5.1% ABV): a smoked plum wild ale offering rich, fruity complexity with subtle smokiness.
- Sionnal (5.5% ABV): A white wine-inspired wild ale, balancing crisp acidity with delicate fruit notes.
- Nàdar Rhubarb (5.1% ABV): A refreshing rhubarb wild ale, with tart rhubarb balanced by wild yeast character.
- Clàr (9.7% ABV): A bold, Springbank barrel-aged old ale, brimming with deep malt flavours and whisky barrel richness.
“Collection 7 showcases the diversity and creativity that defines the Origins project,” said Dan Wye, head of Origins Brewing.
“From the complex citrussy wine-inspired Sionnal to the depth of Springbank barrel-aged Clàr, each beer tells a story, and we’re excited to launch them with these awesome venues.”
Bottles of each beer will be available mid-November from the Fyne Ales web shop. The venue launch dates are as follows.
