Raw ales, where the wort is not boiled were the primary type of beer for most of human history.

They are currently a niche market, primarily kept alive by traditional farmhouse brewers. But there is growing interest in real ale craft beer circles.

Will this renewed interest, even if it’s small, kill real raw beer culture? Or invigorate it?
