Cyprus craft brewery Octo Microbrewery (@octomicrobrewery7367) are on a multi-year project to bring a Bronze Age beer to the modern craft ale market.

Based around recent archaeological findings on the island they have reconstructed the recipe for a bronze-age beer and have started the long process of bringing it to the world.

They explained how the project started, where they’re at now, and what the next steps are during a recent live craft brewer chat.
