Dave Henderson and his wife Shiree Phillips bought a brewery off Gumtree (well Dave did) and went immediately from home brewing to commercial. They’re currently gypsy brewing and about to open their own facility in 2023.
They also have big plans.

Dave is from Derry, Northern Ireland and he told me about his journey during a trip back home over the Christmas.
