In this edition of Miami J we collaborated with our friends at WHITE LABS COPENHAGEN to make this batch of Miami J more expressive through their THIOL RELEASING TROPICALE YEAST BLEND WLP077. Focusing on biotransformation to release tropical characteristics of passionfruit and guava amidst the softer side of hops.
