Introducing 50 Shades of Bray – no. 47 in the Endangered Species Series, brought back to celebrate our upcoming 10th birthday.

50 Shades of Bray New England Black IPA Can Image with Wolf Triptych.

Originally the 4th release in our Endangered Species series and released early 2019, 50 Shades of Bray was a beer inspired by our original hometown of Bray. A crowd favourite, we decided to bring it back from extinction to celebrate our 10th Birthday, but also to honour Bray, the place where we spent the first half of our 10 years.

We had plenty of fun with the name and brewing this beer, taking the original recipe and tweaking it slightly. This is our take on the popular NEIPA with a dark twist – packed full with Citra, Mosaic, Simoce and Idaho 7 hops.

You can expect this one to be low in bitterness and with a dark and dank undertone, packed with citrus notes, tropical fruit and a hint of pineapple. No wolves or brewers were chained or whipped in the making of this beer.

Available now in the wild in all good independent off licences and at the Wicklow Wolf Taproom.
