Four of Kent brewer Shepherd Neame’s beers have been recognised with medals in this year’s International Beer Challenge.

Gold medal winner: Shepherd Neame Double Stout
A gold medal was awarded to its Kentish strong ale Bishop’s Finger (5.2% ABV), with a silver medal for Double Stout (5.2% ABV). The brewery’s India Pale Ale (6.1% ABV) and Whitstable Bay Pale Ale (4% ABV) received bronze medals.
These are the latest in a series of honours for Shepherd Neame beers. Other recent wins include gold medals for Bishops Finger, India Pale Ale, and 1698 at the British Bottlers’ Institute Awards.
“This is an outstanding result,” said Shepherd Neame senior brewer and quality manager, Stewart Tricker. “A testament to our team’s passion and knowledge, and our commitment to quality and innovation.
“We are delighted to receive such fantastic accolades, showing once again that our beers are world class.”
