Otter Amber has become the latest beer from Otter Brewery to go into bottle, joining Otter Head, Otter Ale, Otter Bitter, and Otter Bright.
With an enticing aroma of citrus, pineapple, and toasted spices, Otter Amber has been crafted as a full-bodied, 4% ABV ale, designed to appeal to a wide range of drinkers.
By combining American Willamette hops to inject a fruity, floral flavour, and Cara malt to provide body, Otter Amber bridges the gap between new radicals craving American hops and more traditional ale drinkers.
“Amber ales have seen a huge jump in popularity in recent years, with the craft beer movement gaining momentum and drinkers keen to broaden their palate,” said Otter Brewery managing director Patrick McCaig.
“Otter Amber has proven to be one of our best-selling cask ales since it launched and we’ve had numerous-requests to release the fan favourite in bottles to be enjoyed at home.”
