We launched Beer Republic on the 18th of March 2017 and we have just marked the one year anniversary. This has been a year of development, testing and slowly building our member user-base.
Here are some of the milestones we have reached over the last year
Creation of a new logo and general Re-branding

Our two interns Dami and Georgina worked with us last Autumn and did some great work on the site
Untappd integration in our social feed for users.

As we head into our second year we’re determined to release some awesome new features. Here’s a rundown of some of the things we have planned for the next couple of months.
We have been working on this for a little while and are nearly ready to launch this feature .We have an well known Waterford Bar as our launch and flagship profile and will be going live with that soon.
Some of the new features we have added for bars include pulling Facebook events and Untappd venue checkins into the profile social feed.We are also looking adding a feature to allow bars and other users to add their own adverts to the social feed.
We want to continue to expand our social feed features and we are working a some new feed sources including Soundcloud, Tumbler and Linkedin. We are also working on a new feed integration for Untappd brewery pages so all brewery check-ins are published to the brewery profile page.
The craft beer community lives on twitter and we have a new feature coming up where a user can pull @mentions or #hashtags into the social feed.So you will be able to show all of your twitter mentions across the whole of twitter in your feed.
